My name is Rake, and I live in a house with some other humans. I have been alive since the day I was born, which I am quite proud of. By day I am asleep and by night I'm a Bar Supervisor. Inbetween I write, but not successfully. Any other details can be filled in by your imagination.

THE USP

The USP is the main writing project I am working on. The three main character were created between August and December 2003. Cant actually remember exactly when. Valencia wasnt even a superhero in the early incarnation. It was left for a while, but then in the middle of 2005 I revisited it and revised the world and media and so far, it's worked quite well.

Before any of you say anything. Yes I do know how risky and adventerous and likely to fall on my face it is to write superhero's in prose, but it not just about the Superhero aspects. Theres the real life of someone who works with a mask. Deal with it and enjoy.

Not only am I trying to write a book, I also write a few short stories about the characters, and I am also participating in the bodyandsoul100 challenge (the challenge table is further down the profile).

Valencia Channing is the main character. She is a superhero and physics student. She is also an amnesiac. This is her story as she goes through life and tries to balance life, love and duty without losing any. Luckily she seems to be able to make friends easily and gains a small network of reliable individuals in her life.

It also has gay superheros. Yes, I thought that would catch the fangirls attentions.
